We send you the link for you to complete your bankruptcy questionnaire at the convenience of your home. 

We send you the link to the course provider for you to complete your Court required Credit Counseling Course. 

in your questionnaire you can upload your court required documents. Bankruptcy laws requires you to submit your last 6 months of paystubs/income statements , bank statements, and last 4 years of tax returns. 

You review and sign your bankruptcy papers online prior to filing 

Pay online your Court Filing Fee or see if you qualify to pay the Court your Court Filing Fee in installment payments.  This is the fee the Court charges you to file your case.

Within 14 days of your case being filed with the Court, the Trustee assigned to your case needs to receive your paystubs, tax returns and bank statements. to review to make sure you qualify for bankruptcy, etc. 

Once your case is filed you will be given a Court date which is about 30 days after your case was filed with the Court. 

Our Law Firm Attorney will be next to you at the hearing, and will prep you prior to your hearing. 

Currently Court hearings are virtual with Zoom.  Court Hearings are about 30 days after the case is filed.

The Court tape records your testimony at the Court hearing.

Creditors have a right to file an objection to your bankruptcy. 

60 to 90 days after your Court Hearing the judge will sign your Discharge Order so long as there are no creditor objections or issues.
